Yes — memberships are month-to-month unless otherwise noted. You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings → Billing page. Your membership remains active through the end of your billing period.
Once your membership expires, all active automations automatically pause. Your contacts, groups, and designs remain safely stored — you can return anytime and pick up where you left off.
Yearly plans are billed once upfront and come with a discounted monthly rate (you effectively get 2 months free compared to monthly pricing). Your included free products refresh every month, just like monthly plans.
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of free print-on-demand products (like greeting cards, postcards, or mugs). These reset monthly and do not roll over.
Yes! You can upload your own artwork, templates, branding assets, or fully finished card and postcard designs directly into Mailbox Power.

Yes — your address book, projects, templates, and purchase history are never deleted. Downgrading simply reduces the features available to you moving forward. Canceled memberships retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion.
